Kletzsch Park Community & Fellow River Lovers,
Learn about an important river restoration project proposed for Kletzsch Park! This is a priority project for the Milwaukee River Estuary Area of Concern. The Kletzsch Park project will help improve habitat and fish populations, and it will also solve portage safety concerns and create public access to the river.
Join in the conversation and learn how the project team has been working to address questions and concerns since the initial design concept was presented earlier this year.
WHEN: Tuesday, September 17th | 5:00PM to 7:30PM
Presentation and Q&A from 5:45-6:30PM
WHERE: Glen Hills Middle School (2600 W Mill Rd, Glendale, WI 53209)
Fish Passage, Dam Repair, Public Access and Safe Portage. The community is invited to listen to a presentation by Milwaukee County Parks and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources about this project. There will be ample time to ask questions, learn about the value of this project to the community and the environment, and join in discussions focused on the different project features and benefits.
