Who says you have to leave the city to find nature? It’s time to explore one of Milwaukee’s lush green spaces along the Milwaukee River. This 3-4 mile rugged hike will take us along the water way and through an outdoor gallery of some of the city’s best street art. Our midpoint will also take us to Riverside Park’s Urban Ecology Center where you can enjoy some of the amenities the center has to offer.
Meet up will be at 1 pm in front of the Caesar’s Park sign on Warren Avenue (1953 N Warren Ave Milwaukee, WI).

Estimated distance is about 4 miles.
This is a round trip hike.
There will be two bathroom breaks.
Dogs are allowed except inside the Urban Ecology Center.
You must be 18+ to attend or have a parent/guardian present.
While this is a shorter hike the terrain is very rugged. Please be prepared to get dirty and potentially climb over obstacles such as downed trees or rocks.
