Kayak Cleanup with Milwaukee Kayak Company

To register, call Milwaukee Kayak Company at (414) 301-2240, reserving a spot for the September 24th Milwaukee Riverkeeper cleanup with your name, phone number, and email address. They will then send additional information via email for payment and reservation.

Let’s clean our rivers – from the water! Join Milwaukee Riverkeeper and Milwaukee Kayak Company for a cleanup aboard kayaks, while enjoying the tunes of De la Buena during MKE River Round-Up. A limited number of discounted tickets are available, courtesy of Milwaukee Kayak Company.

We’ll provide everything you need to clean up – trash bags and gloves – while buckets, trash grabbers and nets will be available on a first come, first serve! YOU provide the people power to pick up the trash that finds its way into our beautiful river system.

Arrive by 5pm to hear important safety information and receive your cleanup and paddling equipment. The group will launch from Milwaukee Kayak Company at 5:15pm, meeting up with MKE River Roundup on the river near the confluence around 5:30pm. The cleanup crew will head up to the Harp, picking up trash along the way, then paddle back to the Milwaukee Kayak Company dock, returning by 8pm.
